This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping procedures and terms for Myriad Custom Furniture. By purchasing on our website, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

a. Lead Time: Upon order confirmation, our team will provide you with an estimated production and dispatch lead time. This lead time does not include delivery time.

b. Recommendation for Transport: We recommend trusted third-party transportation services to handle the delivery of your custom furniture items. While we do not offer delivery as a direct service, these recommended transporters are available to deliver items on your behalf.

2. Delivery Fees

a. Checkout Options: At checkout, customers have the option to choose delivery for their items. Although a delivery fee is specified, please note that none of this money is retained by Myriad Custom Furniture.

b. Refund of Delivery Fee: Customers can change their minds about using our recommended transporter for delivery at any point between order placement and the estimated delivery date. If a customer decides not to use our recommended transporter, we will refund the delivery fee paid at checkout. Please allow for 7-14 working days after the delivery of the item/s concerning the refund of the delivery fee.

3. Transporter Liability

a. Damages in Transit: Myriad Custom Furniture is not liable for any damages that may occur to custom furniture items during transportation by the recommended transporter. Customers should directly address any concerns or issues related to damages with the transportation service.

4. Changing Delivery Preferences

a. Flexibility: Customers can change their preference regarding the recommended transporter at any time before the estimated delivery date. If a change is made, we will refund the delivery fee initially paid at checkout. Please allow for 7-14 working days after the delivery of the item/s concerning the refund of the delivery fee.

5. Communication and Tracking

a. Updates: Customers will receive updates regarding the progress of their order and delivery from the recommended transporter. Any inquiries about the delivery process should be directed to the chosen transporter.
